Deadlines

Florida has come and gone, but the pounds and inches I wanted to lose before the trip stayed firmly in place. They were even joined by a couple fatty friends as evidence of a fabulous week spent with friends as we ate and drank our way around the world at Disney's Epcot.

I was a fan of France and Germany and particularly enjoyed red sparkling wine called Rosa Regale from Italy and chocolate croissants from a French patisserie. Yum!

I was also lucky enough to miss the biggest snow storm of the past 30 years and was running around sunny Orlando as my friends dug themselves of their homes to get to work.

Now that I have been home for nearly a week, reality has set in and it is time to re-focus on living a healthier, balance life.

My workouts have lagged and my diet has been sub par at best. I need a space were I can keep myself accountable and motivate me to continue to improve.

The time has come to set a new goal and new deadlines!
